Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a typical accessory solely in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and comes free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited TLDs in a single user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered only with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO different hosting user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all available web hosting Control Panel platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your Top Level Domains under one hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP platforms do not provide such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a result they call for 2 separate hosting user accounts: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 web page administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will note that the Hepsia hosting CP is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP interfaces are offered only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
